The kitchen of the house on Lake Irrsee – the second part of the series for Concept Licht und Raum from Salzburg, lighting design by Martina Hirschberger.
Dark marble, fluted fronts and a lighting concept that holds back: indirect LED lighting and slim light tracks instead of conspicuous fixtures. The room becomes bright without you immediately seeing where the light comes from.
That is exactly the challenge when photographing lighting design: you have to show the effect and make the technology disappear – just as it was planned.
The kitchen opens to the terrace via a large lift-and-slide door.
