For Palisa Bauelemente, I photographed a white designer villa with a curved glass front – flat roof, indoor pool, external venetian blinds.
Here, the curve is the real challenge. A curved glass façade looks different from every angle: from the front it appears flat, from the side it reveals its curvature, and the reflections shift with every step. That's why I looked for the viewpoint where the curve reads as a curve without the house appearing distorted.
The dusk shots show the indoor pool through the glass front – a moment when the house glows from the inside out and the blinds lie across it as horizontal lines.
