For Obermair Immobilien, I photographed the Lux Living residential complex – a new-build project with a flat roof, generous terraces and balconies with glass balustrades.
Real estate projects are about something different from architectural photography for architecture firms: here, a buyer should be able to imagine living there. That's why the focus is on the outdoor areas, the access paths and the terraces – on what you will use every day.
Photographed under a blue sky and at sunset, plus a dusk shot with the illuminated project sign. Images like these end up in sales brochures, on construction signs and in sales documents – and they have to work there even at a small size.
